Additional services may be offered upon request.

## Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Prices may change if:

- Property conditions differ from what was described

- Additional work is requested

- Access to the property is restricted

- Weather or site conditions create delays or additional labor

Quotes are subject to change until confirmed.

## Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept:

- Electronic payments

- Business payment platforms

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

## Scheduling & Weather

Service dates and times are estimates and may change due to:

- Weather conditions

- Equipment issues

- Safety concerns

## Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

- Remove obstacles, pet waste, and hazards before service

- Ensure pets are secured during service visits

- Inform us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden hazards

BatesCutz Lawncare is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or improperly marked property features.

## Cancellations

Appointments canceled without reasonable notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

Recurring service clients should provide advance notice for pauses or cancellations.

## Property Damage

While we take great care during service, BatesCutz Lawncare is not responsible for:

- Pre-existing property damage

- Damage caused by hidden objects or debris

- Issues related to poor lawn or soil conditions

- Natural wear and tear

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
